HueLock — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the HueLock app (“the app”), developed by Latif Atci (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HueLock on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. HueLock Pro subscriptions

Parts of the app (such as unlimited daily replays, Time Attack, and Survival modes) require a paid subscription, HueLock Pro, offered as auto-renewing weekly or annual plans. The annual plan may include a free trial.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price shown at purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Purchases can be restored on a new device using "Restore Purchases" in the app.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

Prices may change; any change applies only to subsequent billing periods and you will be notified as required by the App Store.

3. Game Center and leaderboards

Leaderboard features use Apple's Game Center and are subject to Apple's terms. You agree not to manipulate scores, exploit bugs, or otherwise submit fraudulent results. We may request removal of fraudulent leaderboard entries.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, distribute, or resell the app or any part of it, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

5. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, code, artwork, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time; Sections 5–7 survive termination.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version will always be available at this address.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent required by mandatory local law, and otherwise by the laws of the developer's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
